Challenges

- Sleek, Vandal-Proof Video Intercoms: Installed at each of the three primary entrances, these cloud-managed devices enabled secure video communication and streamlined entry management.
- Elevator Access Control: Interfaced access I/O with existing elevator control equipment to provide precise floor-level access, enhancing both security and convenience.
- Door Access Control: A total of 29 doors were equipped with access control solutions, including battery-powered standalone locks for areas requiring flexible installation.
- Unified Access and Key Management: The system supported over 20 unique access levels, with physical key fobs and mobile credentials available for tenants.
- Tenant Access Management: Each tenant was empowered to manage their own users through an intuitive interface, reducing the burden on building management.
- Surveillance System with Milestone VMS: Installed 10 IP cameras strategically placed to monitor the exterior perimeter and entry points. The system is managed through Milestone VMS, providing high-definition video monitoring and easy playback for security personnel.
Implementation
